If you made the payment via bank transfer
a) Check the payment details – if you added extra information like:
“Name/Surname, payment for …”
or accidentally entered the invoice number instead of the reference number,
then the payment is NOT linked to your Go3 account because the reference field must contain only the digits of the reference number.
🆘 Send the payment order in PDF format to info@go3.lv, and we’ll find it. Please be patient, as this may take some time.
