Device limit

How many devices/users can be logged in?
Up to five people can be logged in to one account at a same time.
How many users can watch simultaneously?
Two people can watch simultaneously with one subscription.

However, if you have Go3 set-top-box purchased from us or our partners, you can watch in three devices at the same time if one of them is Go3 set-top-box itself.
How to watch on three devices?
Watching on third device is only possible if you are using Go3 set-top-box purchased from us or our partners.
