Payments date/period

Making payments for Go3 is as easy as it can be! You either pay for your subscription together with your partner invoice or you have your own individual day repeating each month, or you have to pay it till 25th of on-going month (if you have a contract signed with us).

If you have ordered our service though our partners Home3, Bite or Tele2 – please contact their Customer support directly for invoice and payment related questions. Unfortunately we do not see any information about this topic as we respect your and your partner privacy and agreement.
Not binded Go3 subscription
Monthly payments are made automatically while your subscription is active. After one month from ordering date the next attempt to charge you will be made.
If on payment day you do not have enough available funds we will inform you via email and a pop-up on Go3 home page and attempt a few more times to charge for the payment.
If the payment is successful, the next attempt to charge will happen after one month as usual (billing day will not change).
In case a payment fails or your subscription is cancelled, we will send you an email about it. If the final attempt to charge you for the payment fails, your subscription will be cancelled at 15:00.
Binded Go3 subscription
Your invoice will be ready each month for previous period at around 5th day of the month (but no latter then around 10th).

We will be waiting for your payment till ongoing months 25th day.

In order to see your invoice please visit Mans.Go3.lv and log in to your specially dedicated self-service.
Semiannual or annual Go3 subscription
If you are sure that you will be using Go3 for 6 months or even longer – 12 months, we recommend this payment method as it’s a great way to save.

When subscribing to 6 months you will save 10% from the standard price and by subscribing to 12 months you will be saving 20% from a standard price.

You will be charged the full amount of the period that you will choose. The price also depends on the plan you are choosing. All the plans and prices you can check on this link, as well as choose the preferable payment method.

Don’t worry, you will be able to change your payment method back to monthly if needed, but have in mind that it will only change after your current billing period ends.
