How much time it takes for SMS or Email to be delivered?

What to do if I waited and did not received an email?
– Please make sure that you should have received email to your inbox and not sms (it is worth checking your phone for any SMS from us)
– Please make sure you are checking correct (set as correspondence) mailbox and not any additional that you might have
